Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

Eablenex actively safeguards its intellectual property, including design rights, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and brand assets, as part of its commitment to innovation and brand integrity.

All intellectual property on Eablenex websites, including but not limited to battery design rights, product designs, patents, trademarks and copyrights, is legally protected under applicable Nigerian and UK law. This protection extends specifically to the unique design, shape and configuration of Eablenex batteries and related products.

Nothing on this website grants or implies any license or right to use the intellectual property of Eablenex Energy Ltd or any third party without prior written consent.

Battery Design Rights Notice

The design, shape, configuration, and visual appearance of Eablenex batteries and related products are protected under applicable Nigerian and UK design rights and intellectual property laws.

  • No part of the Eablenex battery design may be copied, reproduced, imitated or used without the express written consent of Eablenex Energy Ltd.
  • Any unauthorised use of Eablenex’s design rights will be treated as an infringement and may be subject to legal enforcement.

Brand Logo

The Eablenex brand logo is a registered trademark and a core element of our visual identity. It is protected under Nigerian and UK trademark law and may not be reproduced, modified or used in any form without the express written consent of Eablenex Ltd.

  • The logo may not be altered in colour, proportion, design, or used in any way that could mislead, dilute or harm the reputation of Eablenex.
  • It may not be incorporated into third-party logos, marks or designs, nor used on merchandise, advertising or promotional material without prior authorisation.
  • Any authorised use must comply strictly with the Eablenex Trademark Guidelines and brand standards.

Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, all trademarks on Eablenex websites are protected under the Nigerian and UK trademark laws. This protection applies to all brand elements, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, fonts, emblems and slogans belonging to Eablenex.

These marks and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Eablenex Energy Ltd and its affiliates.

Eablenex Trademark Guidelines

Eablenex owns a portfolio of trademarks including logos, designs, colours, words, slogans, packaging and product shapes. These are valuable intellectual property and must be protected in accordance with these Guidelines.

You may not use any Eablenex trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.

By using Eablenex trademarks, you acknowledge Eablenex as the sole owner and agree not to challenge its rights.

Any goodwill arising from such use belongs exclusively to Eablenex.

  • Trademarks must uphold the brand’s reputation and values.
  • Use must include the notice: “__________ is a trademark or registered trademark of Eablenex Energy Ltd.”
  • Trademarks must be used exactly as listed and only as adjectives (e.g., Eablenex batteries).
  • They may not be modified, stylised, copied, or used in ways that mislead, confuse, or imply false endorsement.
  • Trademarks must not be registered as part of domain names, company names, slogans, or social media handles.
  • Trade dress (packaging, logos, web design, “look and feel”) may not be copied.
  • Misuse, parody, or tarnishment of Eablenex trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Eablenex reserves the right to update these Guidelines and take legal action against unauthorised use under UK and Nigerian trademark law.
